As the web manager it was my responsibility to not only spearhead the design, but also improve the CoverHound website and its ability to be nimble.

Prior to working at CoverHound, their web presence was built internally by their engineering team, and was always the last thing added to a sprint so changes could be made. I rebuilt the site using the CMS Webflow and that took the stress off of engineering and put quicker and precise updates in our hands.

Our application needed an overhaul and the quote compare was the largest sticking point in the application, so it made sense to start there.

The largest issue with the previous version was an overload of information that made the page extremely long, and honestly went unseen by most users. I created a slimmed down approach that allowed the most important information to live within reach and allow the customer to adjust their coverage limits and payment plan.
